This small-lot bottling is made from barrels hand-selected by Iris Rideau and winemaker Adrienne St. John. It represents a truly extraordinary expression of our premium Estate Viognier fruit. Sumptuous, honeyed aromatics are backed by a stunning mineral clarity on the nose. The strikingly textured palate is a voluptuous melange of honeysuckle, baked apple, and chamomile tea carried by an electic acid backbone.
Iris named this reserve bottling after her mother, Olivia Daliet, who recently celebrated her 98th birthday.
